Before us stands an excellent example of a traditional Dutch residential house, executed in a style characteristic of the early 20th century. The dormer window in the roof draws special attention, also framed in white and visually lightening the massive roof structure.
At the ground floor level, there is an extension with a rounded corner and large windows – an element that adds architectural complexity and interest to the overall composition. In front of the house, there is a well-maintained garden with a circular flowerbed planted with bright red flowers that echo the color of the brick and create a harmonious accent.
In modern house construction, several important techniques can be borrowed from this example: the use of contrasting colors to highlight architectural elements, symmetrical window placement, the application of high-quality natural materials, and thoughtful landscaping of the adjacent territory, which emphasizes the architectural merits of the building.
