#8223. Forest pavilion with contemporary wooden facade and panoramic glazing

This is an elegant minimalist pavilion situated in a picturesque forest setting. The building's facade represents an excellent example of contemporary eco-architecture, where natural materials harmoniously combine with large glass surfaces.

The architectural solution of the facade is based on the contrast between warm wooden cladding and the strict lines of large panoramic windows. The asymmetrical single-pitch roof creates a dynamic silhouette and increases the interior space, while the wide eave forms a sheltered terrace. The horizontal wooden cladding emphasizes the natural aesthetics of the structure and visually integrates it into the surrounding landscape.

The concrete base, slightly raised above ground level, creates a floating effect for the building while simultaneously serving as a functional platform for the terrace. The facade is maximally open to the garden through glass sliding panels, which visually blurs the boundary between interior and exterior.

This approach can be used when designing your own home: combining natural materials in facade finishing (wood, concrete, glass), expressive roof geometry, large window openings for maximum natural lighting and connection with nature, as well as creating transitional spaces between the house and the site in the form of terraces or patios.
