#8100. Modern wooden facade with contrasting concrete base

This modern residential house is a striking example of minimalist architecture using natural materials. The facade is clad with horizontal wooden panels in a warm light shade, creating an elegant and organic appearance. The building's geometry is resolved as two connected volumes with a flat roof – a technique characteristic of contemporary architecture.

The lower level is constructed from concrete blocks, creating a solid foundation and contrasting with the lightweight wooden cladding of the upper floors. The facade is distinguished by minimalist window openings: large panoramic windows on the first floor and more compact, laconic windows on the second. Particular attention is drawn to the partial cantilever of the second floor, which simultaneously creates a protected terrace underneath.

On the terrace, wooden outdoor furniture can be observed, and nearby is a small pool surrounded by stone slabs. The building is harmoniously integrated into the surrounding landscape with abundant greenery, emphasizing an ecological approach to architecture.

For designing your own facade, several techniques are worth noting: combining contrasting materials (wood and concrete), horizontal arrangement of wooden panels to visually expand the space, a minimalist approach to window openings, and creating functional cantilevers that form protected outdoor spaces.
