Two-story suburban house with a combined facade: brick and siding

#8088. Two-story suburban house with a combined facade: brick and siding

Before us is a two-story private house in North American suburban style, number 1096. The architectural solution of the facade represents an interesting example of modern residential construction with combined finishing. The lower part of the house is faced with reddish brick, creating a visually solid foundation for the structure, while the upper part is finished with light-colored siding, which visually lightens the overall volume of the building.

The main facade features an asymmetrical composition with a garage on the left and an entrance group on the right. The front part of the house has two double windows on the second floor, framed with white casings, which contrasts with the light wall and creates clear geometric accents. The entrance group is designed with a wooden porch with steps, giving the house a welcoming, hospitable character.

Of particular note is the transition between materials - a clear horizontal line between the brickwork and siding creates a visual division of the facade. This technique of zoning the facade makes the building more visually interesting and emphasizes its structure. Also worth noting is the harmonious combination of the house with the surrounding landscape - the greenery softens the geometry of the building and integrates it into the natural environment.

When designing your own house, you can take note of techniques such as: combining different finishing materials to create visual interest; using contrasting elements (e.g., white window casings); creating clear horizontal lines for visual division of volume; complementing the architecture with landscape design to soften the overall appearance of the building.

Our studio creates a new image of the country house including facades and interiors.
