Before us is an exquisite architectural element in Art Nouveau style — a decorative bay window. This projecting part of the facade has a semi-cylindrical shape with richly ornamented top and base. The upper part of the bay window is crowned with an elegant curved cornice featuring a medallion and classical-style garlands. A small terrace with wrought iron railings and greenery is placed at the top.
The window openings of the bay are separated by thin pilasters and formed as narrow vertical sections, creating a rhythmic pattern. Beneath the windows, there are decorative stucco garlands typical of Beaux-Arts and Art Nouveau styles. The lower part of the structure ends with an elegant console element in the shape of an inverted bowl.
Of particular artistic value are the stained-glass windows with floral motifs visible through the window openings. The entire composition is executed in a light tone, emphasizing the plasticity and elegance of forms characteristic of early 20th century architecture. This bay window is an excellent example of how a functional building element transforms into an expressive decorative accent of the facade.
