#7788. Art Nouveau Stone Facade with Turquoise Arched Accents

Before us stands an expressive example of early 20th century residential architecture, combining elements of Art Nouveau and traditional stone construction. This three-story mansion is characterized by a harmonious fusion of various textures and materials.

The building's facade is clad with irregular natural stone, creating a textural, rustic surface that contrasts with smooth white elements. Particularly noteworthy are the decorative arched elements above the windows on the second and third floors, executed in a white and turquoise palette with fan-shaped ornaments and floral motifs.

The building is crowned with a pointed gabled roof featuring terracotta tiles and prominent white cornices. Important details of the facade include the wrought iron balcony railings with elegant patterns, as well as a decorative canopy over the entrance supported by wrought iron brackets.

The architectural solution includes interesting horizontal elements - decorative bands with turquoise inserts that separate the floors of the building. Light brick elements at the corners and around window openings create structural articulation of the facade, giving it rhythm and order against the backdrop of the more informal stonework.
