#7743. Modernist Façade with Art Deco Elements: Geometric Volumes in Light Tones

The presented house is a striking example of modernist architecture with elements of Art Deco style. The façade is executed in light tones using white brick or stucco surface, creating a clean, minimalist appearance.

The composition of the façade is asymmetrical and represents a combination of geometric volumes. On the left, there is a distinct curved element with characteristic horizontal windows typical for modernist structures. The central part has a strict rectangular form with a flat roof and a protruding canopy. The upper level of the building is adorned with a textured decorative element, adding visual interest to an otherwise minimalist façade.

The entrance area is designed in a contemporary style – a glass door with horizontal elements, approached by a neat brick staircase. The landscaping in front of the house includes a Japanese bonsai and low-growing plants, harmoniously complementing the architectural composition. A low white wall separating the property from the street is also integrated into the overall design.

Particularly notable is the contrast between the geometric rigor of the building and the organic nature of the surrounding vegetation. Large windows provide abundant natural light to the interior spaces and create a connection between interior and exterior spaces – one of the key principles of modernist architecture.
