#7698. Contrasting Facade: Dark Vertical Cladding with Rhythmic Glazing

The presented building is an expressive example of contemporary minimalist architecture with a clearly defined geometric volume. The two-story structure with a facade clad in vertical dark panels creates a strict and laconic image. The main accent of the facade is elongated vertical windows, rhythmically arranged and illuminated with warm light from within, which looks particularly effective in the evening.

The compositional solution of the facade is based on the contrast between dark vertical cladding and light concrete elements. Special attention is drawn to the integration of a balcony with transparent railings, which protrudes as a cantilever from the main volume of the building. The ratio of solid and glazed surfaces creates a balanced interplay of light and shadow.

The facade demonstrates a thoughtful combination of functionality and aesthetics: the vertical articulation of the cladding not only visually dynamizes the volume but also creates a textural contrast with smooth concrete elements. The garage door and entrance group are harmoniously integrated into the overall concept. The surrounding landscape with elements of natural greenery softens the geometric nature of the architectural solution, incorporating the structure into its natural context.
