#7558. Tropical Modernism: Multi-layered Facade with Dynamic Volume Composition

This exemplary piece of contemporary architecture embodies the aesthetics of tropical modernism with an expressive composition of volumes. The facade is characterized by a dynamic combination of horizontal and diagonal lines, where white rectangular volumes contrast with a warm wooden triangular canopy. This asymmetrical composition creates a sense of lightness and hovering above the landscape.

Particularly noteworthy is the use of various materials in the facade design: smooth white surfaces combine with wooden elements, glass partitions, and stone cladding. The extensive glazing of the facade blurs the boundary between interior and exterior space, ensuring maximum interaction with the surrounding environment. Vertical louvers on the side portion of the facade add rhythmic quality to the composition and serve as sun protection elements.

The architect masterfully integrated the building into the landscape using a semi-circular infinity pool that visually expands the space and reflects the architectural forms. The landscaping with tropical plants softens the geometric rigor of the facade and creates a harmonious unity with the natural surroundings. Open terraces and a usable roof with transparent railings emphasize the residence's connection to the natural environment.
