Dual Facade: Harmonious Blend of Contemporary Minimalism and Traditional Forms

#7538. Dual Facade: Harmonious Blend of Contemporary Minimalism and Traditional Forms

The presented architectural solution demonstrates an interesting interpretation of a modern country house, where two contrasting stylistic forms are successfully combined. The left part of the structure is executed in a minimalist contemporary style — clear rectangular lines, an abundance of glass creating an effect of transparency, and a light gray facade giving the construction visual lightness. Large floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows maximize the openness of the interior space and ensure active interaction with the surrounding landscape.

The right part of the building represents an interpretation of traditional architecture with a characteristic gabled roof and vertical white cladding. Between these two volumes is a connecting element with wooden finishing, which softens the transition between modern and traditional styles, creating a cohesive composition.

Special expressiveness is added to the facade through material diversity: glass, metal, wood, and painted surfaces harmoniously coexist, forming a multi-layered textural palette. The wooden deck organically extends the interior space of the house, creating a comfortable relaxation area with bright accent chairs. The architectural solution is complemented by a well-maintained plot with a neat lawn and tall trees, providing natural shade and privacy.
