Dualistic Facade: Contemporary Home with Contrasting Rectilinear and Cylindrical Pavilion

#7498. Dualistic Facade: Contemporary Home with Contrasting Rectilinear and Cylindrical Pavilion

Before us stands an outstanding example of contemporary architecture with a harmonious combination of geometric forms and natural surroundings. Particularly impressive is the contrast between the rectangular main volume and the cylindrical pavilion framed by vertical wooden louvers.

The facade of the main building presents an interesting composition of concrete planes, dark panels, and wooden inserts in a warm brown hue. The horizontal lines of the flat roof are balanced by vertical elements and large panoramic windows that provide a visual connection with the surrounding landscape.

The round pavilion with rhythmic vertical wooden elements creates a sense of semi-transparency and lightness, despite its significant size. This architectural technique allows the structure to "breathe," creating an interplay of light and shadow, while also providing partial privacy without complete isolation from the outside world.

Particularly noteworthy is the thoughtful integration of the building into the landscape: the stone finishing of the lower part of the structure visually anchors the construction, while young trees and landscaping elements soften the geometric strictness of the architectural forms. Stones, strategically placed throughout the site, enhance the feeling of natural harmony.

Finishing project for the outside of the house.
