This modern residential house represents a striking example of minimalist architecture with clean geometric forms. Compositionally, the facade is built on a combination of protruding volumes of different heights, which adds dynamism to the entire appearance of the building. The second floor partially overhangs the first, forming a cantilever with an elegant balcony enclosed by minimalist horizontal metal railings. The facade glazing lacks traditional window frames – instead, large glass panels in thin metal profiles are used, maximally blurring the boundary between interior and exterior.
The architectural solution is complemented by carefully designed lighting – fixtures embedded in the paving highlight the texture of the stone slabs approaching the house. The building's plinth is made of blocks with a textured surface, creating a tactile contrast with the smooth walls of the main volume. The house number "451" is integrated into the fence design, which is an unconventional but organic element of the overall facade composition.
Special attention should be paid to the integration of interior lighting into the architectural concept – in the evening, the facade is transformed by warm light penetrating through the glass surfaces, making the building resemble a luminous object in the urban landscape.
