Elegant country mansion with an eclectic facade and Art Nouveau elements

#7478. Elegant country mansion with an eclectic facade and Art Nouveau elements

This is a beautiful example of a modern interpretation of classical architecture in an eclectic style with Art Nouveau elements. The building represents a luxurious countryside villa with an expressive facade that successfully combines different materials and architectural techniques.

The main facade features an asymmetrical composition with flowing lines characteristic of Art Nouveau in the upper part of the second-floor windows. Particular attention is drawn to the high gabled roofs with complex configurations, complemented by elegant spires and decorative elements. The steep slopes of the dark tiled roof create a striking contrast with the lighter walls.

The facade is skillfully divided into several zones: the lower part is designed with a combination of brickwork and light decorative elements resembling rustication. The building gains expressiveness through wrought iron balcony railings with elegant patterns and refined columns supporting the portico of the entrance group. Semi-circular and rectangular windows of various sizes create an interesting rhythm across the facade.

The color scheme deserves special attention — the combination of cream, terracotta, and gray shades creates a harmonious palette that advantageously highlights the architectural details. The building is framed by a well-maintained plot with decorative fencing, which further emphasizes its prestigious status.
