The presented building showcases a magnificent example of half-timbered architecture with neo-Gothic elements. The facade features the characteristic timber-framed construction with visible dark beams creating an expressive geometric pattern against the light plastered wall surfaces. Particularly noteworthy are the steep gabled roof with ornamental wooden elements and carved brackets.
The facade artfully combines various materials: red brick elements in the lower part of the building and on the massive striped chimney (alternating red and sand-colored bands), wooden beams, and beige plaster. The second floor is adorned with an open veranda featuring wooden railings and decorative carvings. The attic spaces are designed with dormer windows with pointed finials.
The facade is enriched with asymmetrical elements: pointed turrets, windows of varying sizes, and a complexly organized roof with multiple levels of slopes covered with reddish tiles. The building is surrounded by a white wooden fence with brick pillars, which complements the overall romantic atmosphere of this country mansion. Tall coniferous trees create a picturesque natural background, emphasizing the fairy-tale character of the architecture.
