Eclectic Brick Facade: A Harmony of Arches, Stripes and Art Nouveau

#7358. Eclectic Brick Facade: A Harmony of Arches, Stripes and Art Nouveau

Before us stands a magnificent example of eclectic architecture with Art Nouveau elements from the early 20th century. The brick facade demonstrates the characteristic play with textures and materials typical of that period. Particularly noteworthy is the combination of red brick with horizontal light-colored bands that set the rhythm for the entire composition and visually unify the various elements.

The facade features an asymmetrical composition with expressive arched elements. The main entrance is decorated with a semicircular arch on columns, creating a ceremonial accent. The window openings vary in shape and size: on the ground floor, they are adorned with diamond-shaped lattice, while the second floor features a large arched window with an elegant balcony and Art Nouveau style metal railings.

The complex configuration of the roof with protruding cornices and a dormer window framed by decorative elements creates an expressive silhouette. The overall appearance of the facade is complemented by neatly trimmed hedges framing the property and decorative urns at the entrance, which emphasize the status and sophistication of the architecture.
