#7356. Pink Art Nouveau Mansion Facade with Neoclassical Elements

Before us is a remarkable example of stylized Art Nouveau from the early 20th century, where the architect harmoniously combined elements of Art Nouveau with neoclassical motifs. The building's facade is executed in a light pink color scheme with contrasting beige brick inserts, creating a rhythmic alternation of textures and shades.

The central entrance is accentuated by a massive portal with an arched opening, framed by decorative pilasters and fluid lines characteristic of Art Nouveau. Above the entrance is an elegant balcony with delicate wrought iron railings featuring spiral motifs typical of the Art Nouveau style.

The facade gains special expressiveness through decorative panels with artistic murals located above the windows of the upper floor. The window openings vary in shape, from rectangular to arched with semicircular tops, enriching the facade's plasticity. The low metal fence in front of the building repeats the spiral ornament of the balcony railing, creating compositional unity.

The winter landscape emphasizes the monumentality and warmth of the pink facade, which stands out advantageously against the background of bare tree branches and snow cover. A memorial plaque on the facade indicates the building's cultural and historical significance.
