#7344. Elegant Art Nouveau façade with carved stone window framing and balcony

Before us is an elegant fragment of an Art Nouveau façade, demonstrating an organic combination of decorative and functional elements. The window is designed in a manner characteristic of this style, with smooth, flowing lines. The arched opening is adorned with skillfully executed floral ornament, where stylized leaves and shoots form a complex relief pattern encircling the upper part of the window.

The window frame features an original division: the central vertical bar at the bottom splits into two graceful curved elements, creating a visual lightness to the structure. The sandstone used for the façade gives the building a warm, honey-colored tone, typical of early 20th century Art Nouveau architecture.

Below the window is a semicircular balcony with massive balustrade railings made of stone balusters. This element, despite its substantiality, harmoniously combines with the elegant decor of the window opening. Flowering plants in boxes on the balcony add picturesqueness to the composition, echoing the vegetal motif of the stone carving and emphasizing Art Nouveau's commitment to natural forms.
