Before us stands an exquisite example of residential architecture in the Art Nouveau style from the early 20th century. This facade of house number 52 demonstrates the characteristic combination of aesthetics and functionality, elegance and pragmatism typical of this architectural movement.
The facade features an asymmetrical composition and utilizes diverse materials: red brick, light-colored stone, and wrought iron elements. Particular attention is drawn to the entrance group with its elegant white door, adorned with stained glass inserts and a circular decorative element at the bottom. Above the door is a graceful canopy supported by wrought iron brackets shaped like stylized plant motifs.
The upper part of the portal is decorated with a semi-circular arched window featuring an Art Nouveau stained glass design, framed by a stone arch. On the sides of the facade, vertical stone consoles with floral ornaments typical of Art Nouveau can be observed. To the left of the entrance is a small niche with a mosaic religious image, harmoniously integrated into the overall composition.
The building's base is made of rusticated stone, creating a sense of solidity and substance. Bright red geraniums in planters by the entrance add a picturesque quality to this architectural ensemble and emphasize its residential character. All elements of the facade, from the wrought iron details to the stained glass, demonstrate attention to detail and high craftsmanship typical of the Art Nouveau era.
