This is an outstanding example of an Art Nouveau building, showcasing an exquisite and richly decorated facade. Of particular value is the sgraffito - a decorative technique covering a significant portion of the facade. Stylized figures are carved into the light-colored plaster, creating a dynamic composition characteristic of the early 20th century Art Nouveau aesthetic.
The facade is organized vertically, with an expressive central bay window crowned by an elegant balcony with metal railings. The upper part of the bay is decorated with a ray-like ornament symbolizing the sun or divine radiance - a typical Art Nouveau motif. On both sides of the central element are decorative panels depicting stylized figures.
The building's windows vary in shape and size, creating an interesting rhythmic pattern. Particularly noteworthy are the wide windows of the bay, framed by architectural elements. The color palette of the facade is restrained: beige and brown tones predominate, contrasting with the stonework on the sides of the building.
In front of the building is a small front garden with a young tree, separated from the street by decorative metal fencing, which is a typical element of urban architecture from that period.
