Modern suburban house with a three-material façade: contrasting combination of stone, brick, and stucco

#7312. Modern suburban house with a three-material façade: contrasting combination of stone, brick, and stucco

This modern two-story house showcases an interesting combination of materials, creating an expressive and texturally rich façade. The central portion of the façade features a vertical section of light-colored stone that rises to the peak of the roof, forming a triangular gable. This stone insert effectively contrasts with the surrounding brick and stucco surfaces.

The lower tier of the building is clad in red brick, creating a solid visual foundation. The upper tier is finished in light stucco, making the composition visually lighter toward the top. The central entrance is accentuated by an elegant black canopy with a distinctive curved shape and a massive dark door, giving the entrance area solidity and visual depth.

The windows have various sizes and formats, from large panoramic ones on the left side to more traditional rectangular ones on the right, providing an interesting rhythm across the façade. A single-car garage with a black door is harmoniously integrated into the overall composition of the building.

The landscape design of the plot is restrained, with a neatly trimmed lawn and compact evergreen shrubs along the foundation, which highlights the architecture of the building without distracting attention from it.
