#7236. Elegant Neoclassical Façade of a City Mansion with Decorative Stucco and Ceremonial Staircase

Before us stands a magnificent example of historic urban architecture — an elegant façade of a building numbered 120. This is a typical example of a richly decorated formal entrance to a city mansion in the neoclassical style with Beaux-Arts elements.

The façade is distinguished by exquisite stucco work and decorative elements. The main entrance is framed by luxurious white columns with Corinthian capitals and meticulously crafted ornamental relief. The wooden front door in a warm chestnut shade with golden numbers "120" creates an expressive contrast with the white stone décor.

Special attention is drawn to the elegant staircase with characteristic curved forms, covered with red carpeting, giving the entrance a sense of ceremony. The white stone balustrade of the staircase harmoniously combines with the overall composition of the façade. On the sides of the staircase are decorative planters with coniferous plants, and on the window to the left, a festive red ribbon can be seen, hinting at seasonal decoration.

The lower level of the façade is executed in rusticated technique, creating a sense of a powerful foundation. The windows are framed with metal gratings, which is typical for urban mansions of a certain period. The entire composition of the façade demonstrates attention to detail and high quality of execution, characteristic of prestigious urban architecture.
