#7229. Modern Gray Façade with Tower Structure and Kinetic Element

Before us is a modern residential house with an interesting architectural solution that combines two contrasting volumes. The main structure is finished in dark gray with characteristic white elements – window frames and cornices, creating an elegant contrast. The main façade has a simple geometric form with a classic gabled profile, yet with a contemporary execution.

Particular attention is drawn to the tower structure on the right – a taller volume with a square base and flat roof, crowned with an unusual orange kinetic element resembling a wind turbine or artistic installation. This creates an interesting visual accent and possibly serves a functional role related to the building's energy efficiency.

The façade is accentuated by a white fence around the perimeter of the property, and a small entrance on the right side is designed in the same style as the main building. The metal roofing adds a contemporary feel to the entire composition. The surrounding landscape with its hilly terrain and greenery creates a natural background for this minimalist yet expressive architectural solution, which harmoniously fits into the natural environment thanks to its restrained color palette.
