This building represents an interesting example of modern residential architecture with elements of traditional style. The facade is executed in a light beige palette with expressive contrasting framing of the roof and basement floor in brown tones. Compositionally, the building is organized around several asymmetrically placed triangular gables of different heights, creating a dynamic visual rhythm.
The central entrance with an arched portico deserves special attention, supported by columns and protected by wrought iron railings. The lower part of the facade is faced with brick, which not only visually strengthens the composition but also adds textural diversity. Window openings of various shapes—from standard rectangular to pointed—enrich the architectural appearance of the building.
When designing a facade for your own home, several techniques from this example can be adopted: contrasting combination of materials and colors, the use of atypical window shapes as accent elements, as well as creating an expressive entrance node. The combination of different textures works effectively—smooth plaster in the upper part and textured brickwork in the basement area.
