#6660. Sand-colored Art Nouveau mansion with porthole windows and tiled facade

Before us stands an excellent example of Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) architecture from the early 20th century. This three-story mansion with its characteristic sand-yellow facade presents an asymmetrical yet balanced composition. Particularly noteworthy are the round porthole windows, typical of Art Nouveau, which contrast with the more traditional rectangular windows across the facade.

The building's roof is covered with terracotta tiles and crowned with decorative elements, including a small tower with a mansard window on the right side. The facade is adorned with arched elements above the main windows of the first floor, as well as balconies with delicate wrought iron railings on the second and third levels. The central entrance is framed by a wide staircase with white steps, creating a dramatic approach to the building.

The mansion is surrounded by a metal fence with stone pillars, which was typical for prestigious urban villas of that period. Flags are visible on the balcony, suggesting the building's possible current use as a diplomatic or official representation. The combination of functionality with decorative elements, flowing lines, and attention to detail makes this mansion a striking representative of Art Nouveau architecture with some eclectic elements.
