The building presented is a magnificent example of Victorian Italianate architecture typical of the late 19th century. The main volume of the house has a symmetrical composition with an expressive central projection topped by a triangular pediment.

The wooden siding of the facade is painted in an elegant light cream color, which contrasts beautifully with the dark roofing and decorative elements. Particularly noteworthy is the rich architectural ornamentation: elegant brackets support wide roof overhangs, carved columns adorn the veranda, and numerous decorative elements emphasize both horizontal and vertical articulations of the facade.
