The presented mansion is a striking example of neo-eclectic architecture with elements of a modern interpretation of French chateau and Tudor style. The facade demonstrates a skillful combination of various materials: light gray natural stone, red brick, and ivory-colored stucco surfaces.
The asymmetrical composition of the facade with numerous architectural accents deserves special attention. On the left is a two-car garage with characteristic arched windows, above which rises an additional volume with a pointed roof, reminiscent of a traditional element of Tudor architecture. The central part is emphasized by a majestic entrance portal with an elegant copper canopy and columns, creating a sense of monumentality.
The facade is enriched by a variety of window openings: oval, rectangular, and arched windows with decorative brick inserts above some of them. The pitched roof with multiple levels and gables gives the building's silhouette dynamism and expressiveness. A special charm is added by copper roofing elements above the entrance and part of the second floor, which create a pleasant contrast with the main dark gray roofing material.
The landscape design of the front yard is laconic and elegant: ornamental grasses and stones harmoniously frame the driveway, while the metal railing of the porch adds sophistication and completeness to the facade.
