#6431. Romantic Mansion with Polychrome Château-style Façade

Before us stands a magnificent mansion in the Neo-Romantic style with elements of château architecture and half-timbering. The façade demonstrates an exquisite combination of textures and materials: light limestone alternates with reddish-brown decorative inserts, creating an expressive contrast.

The roof has a complex configuration with characteristic dormer windows in the form of gabled pediments adorned with delicate wooden carvings. The central part is crowned with a dome element featuring decorative finishing and a round medallion window.

The elaboration of details deserves special attention: balconies with wooden railings in chalet style, decorative brackets under the roof eaves, and meticulously designed window openings with contrasting frames. The second floor is partially designed in half-timbering technique with a characteristic geometric pattern of wooden elements.

The area around the house is framed by a low decorative fence with brick pillars, which harmoniously complements the architectural ensemble. The building is organically integrated into the surrounding coniferous landscape, creating the impression of a romantic forest retreat.
