#6393. Elegant French Facade: Classic Mansion with Mansard Roof

This is an elegant mansion in the classic French style, executed with restrained sophistication. The facade is clad in light beige stucco, creating a soft, warm appearance. The symmetrical composition of the facade is emphasized by a central entrance with a graceful balcony above it and evenly spaced windows on both sides.

The mansard-type roof with a steep slope characteristic of French architecture is covered with gray-green material, giving the building an aristocratic look. Of particular note is the round dormer window (œil-de-bœuf) in the central part of the roof – a traditional element of French classicism. The brick chimney is neatly integrated into the overall composition of the roofing.

White window frames with wooden shutters create a pleasant contrast with the main tone of the facade. The grand entrance is framed by an elegant staircase with metal railings curved in a classical manner. The basement level houses a garage, organically incorporated into the architectural ensemble through the use of natural stone.

The landscaping around the mansion is executed with the same sense of measure – young trees frame the structure without obscuring its architectural merits, while the well-maintained lawn complements the image of a respectable dwelling that revives the traditions of French country architecture in a modern interpretation.
