Before us is an exquisite example of decorative art in architecture: an entrance portal in a brick façade. The structure demonstrates a harmonious combination of Art Nouveau and traditional motifs. The terracotta-toned brickwork creates a warm backdrop for the artistic design of the entrance group.
Particularly notable is the arched element above the door with an elegant mosaic composition depicting stylized birds (possibly peacocks) with exquisite curved tails in golden color against a blue-turquoise background. This mosaic gives the entire façade notes of Eastern influence, reminiscent of Art Nouveau traditions with their inclination toward natural motifs.
The door itself is a double-leaf wooden structure in a honey-golden hue with glazing in the upper part. The door leaves are adorned with exquisite carvings featuring floral motifs and fan-shaped elements at the bottom. A special character is added by the round window openings in the upper part of the door, creating the effect of "spectacles" — a characteristic element of Art Nouveau. An additional decorative accent is created by the blue ceramic frame around the doorway with a geometric ornament.
The combination of red brick, turquoise-blue mosaic, and golden wood creates a rich color palette characteristic of eclectic architecture from the late 19th to early 20th century. The entire ensemble looks like a precious brooch fastened to the brick canvas of the façade.
