Before us is a striking example of an Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) facade with expressive decorative elements. The building's facade is characterized by asymmetrical curvilinear forms and rich ornamental decoration. The upper part is designed as a triangular pediment with a mansard window in the center.
Particularly noteworthy are two semicircular decorative panels on either side of the central window. They are executed in rich blue with wave-like curves of turquoise plant motifs and golden floral rosettes, creating a contrast with the beige wall of the building. This blue color with golden accents continues in the decorative arches of the lower windows.
The central element of the lower part of the facade is a sculptural image of a mythological head in a golden helmet or crown, resembling a mascaron. This image is placed above an arched window and surrounded by decorative golden elements, giving the building both mystery and solemnity.
The windows of the facade have proportions and framing characteristic of Art Nouveau – the upper window is divided into sections by latticed frames, while the lower windows are framed by arches with decorative elements. The entire composition demonstrates the typical Art Nouveau aspiration for organic forms and rich ornamentation, where natural motifs intertwine with fantastic elements.
