Compositionally, the frame is dominated by a central protruding bay window with a semicircular balcony equipped with golden metallic railings. The upper part of the bay features a panoramic window with wooden frames in a golden hue, while the lower part presents a more rectangular window with brown frames.
The facade is made of concrete or plaster in a light gray color, creating a neutral background for the vibrant decorative elements. On the left, another small balcony with similar golden railings is visible, giving the facade rhythm and symmetry. The ornamental strips with green squares and yellow cross-shaped elements are a key decorative technique that unifies the composition and emphasizes the vertical aspiration of the architecture.
The condition of the facade indicates certain historical value of the building, with visible traces of time in the form of minor damage to the plaster, which only enhances the authenticity of this architectural monument.
