#5750. Urban Mansion Façade with Grape Vine Stucco

The image showcases an elegant architectural element of a classical urban building, presumably in the Art Nouveau or Eclectic style from the early 20th century. Particular attention is drawn to the richly decorated balcony with exquisite stucco molding featuring a botanical ornament. The plasterwork depicts grape vines with leaves and clusters, which was a characteristic motif for architecture of this period.

Above the balcony door, there is a semicircular arch, also adorned with relief stucco featuring the same grape motif. The balcony structure itself has a graceful semicircular shape that projects from the façade plane and is supported by decorative consoles. The window openings are tall with arched tops, giving the façade lightness and elegance.

The building façade is rendered in light tones, which emphasizes the relief and plasticity of the decorative elements. A wrought-iron balcony on the upper floor is partially visible, complementing the overall composition and indicating a comprehensive decorative approach throughout the building. On the balcony, a metal frame can be observed, possibly for climbing plants, which was typical for urban architecture of that time.
