Mediterranean House with Terracotta Facade and Stone Accents

#5623. Mediterranean House with Terracotta Facade and Stone Accents

The presented house reflects the influence of Mediterranean and Spanish Colonial styles. The building is two-storied, with characteristic orange-terracotta stucco, giving it a warm, sunny appearance. The facade is symmetrically organized and richly decorated.

The roof is covered with traditional terracotta tiles with a notable overhang on the main facade. Architectural accents are created using light-colored stone, which effectively contrasts with the main wall color and is used to finish the corners of the building and support columns on the first floor.

On the second floor, two arched windows with white frames stand out, above which a decorative element is placed. A balcony with metal railings and a wooden floor adds functionality and visual interest to the facade. The built-in terrace on the second floor offers an open space with a view of the surrounding area.

The first floor features stone columns supporting a partially covered parking area, and an entrance door framed by an arched opening. The landscape design with low shrubs and plants complements the architectural image, creating a harmonious connection between the structure and the surrounding environment.
