Golden Facade of Mediterranean Villa with Spanish Colonial Elements

#5564. Golden Facade of Mediterranean Villa with Spanish Colonial Elements

Before us stands a luxurious Mediterranean-style villa, featuring characteristic architectural elements of this style. The facade is painted in a warm yellow-golden color, typical for coastal regions of Italy and Spain.

The building features a complex multi-level composition with an expressive interplay of volumes. The roof is covered with terracotta tiles with characteristic wavy lines, giving the building an authentic Mediterranean appearance. Decorative cornices and roof overhangs with exposed rafter elements are notable features.

The facade is enriched with numerous architectural details: bay windows, semi-circular windows, and elegant balconies with white stone balustrades, creating a striking contrast with the main wall color. Particular attention is drawn to the corner turret with panoramic windows and decorative framing.

Windows vary in shape – both rectangular and arched designs are present, many with decorative casings. Verandas and terraces are organically integrated into the volume of the building, expanding the living space and connecting the interior with the surrounding environment.

The landscaping includes palm trees and other Mediterranean plants that complement the architectural ensemble and emphasize its stylistic identity.

We design facade renovations of country houses.
