The facade composition is multi-leveled and asymmetrical, with an expressive combination of wooden and stone elements. The basement level is faced with natural stone, providing visual weight to the foundation and contrasting with the lighter wooden structure of the upper levels. Large window openings with frequent mullions create a rhythmic pattern on the facade and provide abundant natural lighting for the interior spaces.
Special attention should be paid to the spacious second-floor terrace with wooden railings and columns supporting the roof, as well as the side wing with a bay window completed by a multifaceted roof. The architectural solution of the facade demonstrates a masterful combination of functionality and aesthetics, where each element is both structurally necessary and decoratively expressive.
