#5511. Classic Victorian Facade with Contrasting Window Frames and Wraparound Porch

This is an excellent example of Victorian architecture with elements of the Queen Anne style. The building is clad in gray wooden shingles, creating a textural contrast with the bright orange wooden window frames. The facade features an asymmetrical composition with a projecting circular bay window on the right and a central gable.

Particularly noteworthy is the first-floor veranda that wraps around the house, supported by classical columns. The wooden railings of the veranda are crafted in a traditional style with balusters. The windows of this two-story structure feature period-typical divided lights in the upper sections, lending elegance and historical authenticity to the facade.

On the roof, two brick chimneys are visible, emphasizing the vertical lines of the composition. Also notable is the small balustrade-balcony beneath the central gable, adding refinement to the upper part of the facade. The color scheme of the facade—a combination of gray with warm wood tones—highlights the architectural details and creates a harmonious appearance in the context of the surrounding landscape.
