This majestic red brick building is an excellent example of late 19th - early 20th century architecture, executed in Neo-Romanesque style with academic elements. The facade demonstrates a symmetrical composition with a central projection crowned by an arched entrance and a semicircular window above it.
Particular attention is drawn to the rounded corner tower elements that lend the building monumentality and create an interesting play of volumes. The window openings of the first and second floors have different designs: on the first floor they are rectangular, while on the second they feature arched tops, creating a rhythmic articulation of the facade.
The roof is designed in mansard style with characteristic gray slate covering and decorative metal railing along the perimeter. The central part of the roof is crowned with a dormer window and two massive red brick chimneys that effectively contrast with the main volume of the roof.
An interesting detail is the flagpole on the roof, as well as the fine elaboration of brickwork with decorative elements under the cornices and around the windows. The basement level is made of rough stone, creating an impression of a solid foundation. In front of the entrance, elements of landscaping with small coniferous plantings are visible, as well as traces of snow indicating the winter period.
