This is a magnificent example of early 20th century Art Nouveau architecture. The facade features an exquisite decorative treatment of the entrance portal. The main element of the composition is an arched doorway, framed by luxurious white stucco decoration that contrasts beautifully with the beige textured wall of the building.
The portal is richly adorned with fluid, plastic forms characteristic of Art Nouveau. On both sides of the entrance are decorative elements in the form of stylized masks with elaborate hair, executed in high relief technique. The upper part of the portal is decorated with a cartouche featuring volutes and shell-like motifs, which gives the composition special expressiveness.
The door itself is a true work of art: a wooden structure with veneered patterns typical of Art Nouveau and semi-circular glazing in the upper part. Above the door, the house number 23 is visible. The glazing has a radial pattern that emphasizes the flowing lines so characteristic of Art Nouveau.
The side columns of the portal are designed as vertical pilasters with fluting in the lower part. The entrance composition is complemented by stylish metal lamps, likely hand-forged, which enhances the overall impression of an architectural ensemble meticulously designed down to the smallest detail.
