#4964. Historic facade with baroque door portal and wrought-iron balcony

The image shows a magnificent architectural framing of a doorway in a historic building, executed in classical style. The stone door portal has rich sculptural decoration. In the upper part of the facade, there is a semi-circular pediment with elegant carvings and decorative elements. In the center of the pediment, there is a medallion with a relief image, flanked by two sculptural figures. The lateral parts of the portal are adorned with pilasters with capitals, on which statues are placed.

The window-door opening leads to a small balcony with an exquisite wrought iron railing, decorated with geometric and floral ornaments. The warm ochre-sandy color of the wall contrasts with the dark metal railing of the balcony, giving the facade of the building a Mediterranean character. A white curtain hangs in the doorway, indicating the residential nature of the premises. The overall composition demonstrates the high mastery of stone carving and metalwork characteristic of historic European architecture.
