Before us is a magnificent example of Art Nouveau architecture, demonstrating the characteristic features of this style. The facade is adorned with exquisite ceramic decorations featuring floral motifs. The upper part of the facade displays an ornamental frieze with large red flowers, likely roses or poppies, surrounded by flowing, sinuous golden lines that create a sense of movement.
The window openings are rectangular in shape, but their framing adheres to the general Art Nouveau aesthetic — soft curves, asymmetry, and organic forms. Particularly expressive is the central window on the lower floor, above which a decorative element with Art Nouveau's characteristic curved lines and stylized floral motifs is placed.
The lower part of the facade is designed more modestly, using light ceramic tiles that create a contrast with the bright floral elements of the upper section. The balcony (or parapet) at the lower level is decorated with metallic ornamental elements featuring circular medallions and botanical motifs, which harmoniously complement the overall composition of the facade.
This is an excellent example of how Art Nouveau architecture combines functionality with decorative elements, transforming natural motifs into a unique architectural language.
