Before us is a splendid example of an early 20th century Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) building. The facade showcases an exquisite blend of decorative elements and functional architecture. The building features an asymmetrical composition with a characteristic corner tower topped by a dark metal dome.
The main facade is divided into contrasting zones: the upper part is executed in a light beige color, the middle in gray, while the base returns to a lighter tone. Special expressiveness is added by rich decorative panels with floral and geometric motifs positioned between windows and on vertical wall sections.
The building is adorned with numerous elements typical of Art Nouveau: decorative medallions with blue and gold accents, stylized plant ornaments, wavy cornice lines and pediment contours. Particularly noticeable are the decorative inserts along the lower floor featuring stylized trees or flowers, forming a rhythmic pattern.
Windows of various shapes and sizes are organized into a thoughtful composition, while the red tile roof with a dormer window completes the image. The white balcony on the right side of the facade serves as an effective accent, emphasizing the interplay of volumes and reliefs throughout the composition.
