#4750. Art Nouveau Facade with Majolica Decorative Panel

The image captures a fragment of a building facade executed in the Art Nouveau style. The focal point is an exquisite decorative ceramic tile insert located beneath the window. This artistic panel showcases plant motifs characteristic of Art Nouveau – stylized flowers and curved lines unified in a symmetrical composition.

The facade is clad with small rectangular tiles in a light color with rhythmic inclusions of greenish-blue elements, creating a subtle color accent. Above the decorative insert sits a dark stone lintel that serves as the foundation for the window opening with white frames. The lower part of the facade concludes with an arched element, laid with the same tiles in an alternating pattern, which creates an additional visual rhythm.

Of particular value is the majolica panel with floral ornament in the central part of the facade. It is executed in a technique characteristic of the early 20th century, using pastel yellow, green, and blue tones. The composition of the panel is built around a central motif resembling a stylized flower in a circular frame, with symmetrical elements on the sides.
