Before us is an excellent example of an Art Nouveau façade from the early 20th century. The composition features the asymmetry and flowing, organic forms characteristic of this style. The façade is clad in white brick with horizontal gray bands, creating a rhythmic division of the surface.
Above the two arched windows on the second floor is a decorative panel with exquisite botanical ornaments, executed in sgraffito or bas-relief technique. The ornament depicts stylized flowers and leaves typical of floral Art Nouveau. The upper part of the façade is adorned with an elegant arch with gray stone inserts that emphasize the architectural structure.
Of special note is the delicate green metal balcony railing, executed in the typical Art Nouveau manner with smooth, flowing lines. This element demonstrates virtuoso artistic ironwork, transforming a functional element into a true work of art.
The window openings have a form characteristic of Art Nouveau with a rounded upper part and original window frame divisions. The combination of transparent and frosted glass in the upper sections of the windows is noteworthy, which is typical for buildings of that period.
