Before us is a magnificent example of Art Nouveau architecture with characteristic ornamental facade decoration. The central element of the composition is an oval window of unusual shape, framed by exquisite stone carving with a wave-like pattern. Rhythmic concentric lines carved into the stone create an impression of movement around the window opening.
The sculptural framing of the window deserves special attention. In the lower part, there is a plastic decorative element with curves reminiscent of plant motifs characteristic of the Art Nouveau style. On the sides of the window are sculptural details with sinuous forms, emphasizing the organic nature of the composition. Above the window arch, an expressive keystone or mascaron is visible, giving the facade individuality.
The window is complemented by a small wrought iron balcony, whose elegant lines echo the overall plastic solution of the facade. The white window frame contrasts with the dark blue glass and sandy tone of the stonework, enhancing the expressiveness of the architectural element.
The entire composition demonstrates a masterful command of stone plasticity, characteristic of architecture at the turn of the 19th-20th centuries, when architects sought to create organic, flowing forms inspired by natural motifs.
