The presented building demonstrates an excellent example of red brick architecture from the late 19th - early 20th century, possibly in an eclectic style with neoclassical elements. The façade is made of red brick with contrasting white decorative elements, creating an expressive color rhythm.
The composition of the façade is symmetrical and well-balanced. Particular attention is drawn to the corner turrets with dome-shaped tops, giving the building solemnity and monumentality. White pilasters with capitals divide the façade into vertical sections, emphasizing the rhythm of the structure.
The window openings are framed with elegant casings, and the cornice under the roof is richly decorated. The first floor has a light stone base solution, which visually strengthens the foundation of the building. The wrought iron gate and balcony railings demonstrate the high craftsmanship of artistic forging of that period.
