Eclectic facade of a private villa with neoclassical elements and decorative mosaics

#4490. Eclectic facade of a private villa with neoclassical elements and decorative mosaics

The photograph shows a luxurious private villa in an eclectic style with elements of neoclassicism and baroque. The facade is painted in a soft yellow (pale) color, creating a warm and elegant impression. The mansion is crowned with a complex red tiled roof featuring dormer windows and a decorative weathervane.

The central facade is symmetrical and accentuated by a semicircular balcony on the second floor, supported by columns. Above it are two semicircular dormer windows harmoniously integrated into the roofline. The main entrance is framed by an impressive staircase with wide steps leading to a wooden front door.

Particularly noteworthy are the decorative elements of the facade: mosaic panels with floral motifs located on the first floor on both sides of the central entrance, elegant balustrades on the balconies, and refined arched windows. The facade is also adorned with classical architectural details – cornices, pilasters, and moldings.

On the right side of the building, there is a circular terrace with a colonnade, and at the lower level, a garage with a parked car is visible. The architectural composition as a whole reflects a tendency toward demonstrative luxury and status, characteristic of elite private construction in the post-Soviet period.
