#4485. Sand-colored facade with red roof: elegant country house with decorative panel

This is a two-story private house executed in a modern interpretation of the classical style. The facade is faced with light sand-colored bricks, creating a warm, welcoming impression. The architectural composition of the structure is distinguished by asymmetry and a variety of elements.

The roof has a characteristic gabled silhouette with red tile roofing, which effectively contrasts with the sandy color of the facade. A notable detail is the round porthole window in the upper part of the pediment, adding individuality to the building.

The central decorative element of the facade is a large panel depicting flamingos, located between the first and second floors. Below this artistic element runs a decorative belt with ornamental tiles. The lower part of the building is finished with a plinth of brown brick, creating a visual foundation for the structure.

The facade features two balconies with wrought iron railings, adding elegance to the building. The right side of the house is complemented by a glazed veranda with large windows in wooden frames. The area in front of the house is fenced with a simple white wooden fence, giving the entire composition a complete, cozy appearance of a country dwelling.
