#4201. Vibrant Colonial Façade: Turquoise Portal with Arch on Yellow Background

Before us stands a magnificent example of colonial style with a bold contrasting color scheme. The doorway is designed as a classical arch with a decorative keystone at its apex. The façade is painted in a rich yellow color, which dramatically contrasts with the turquoise-blue door and framing.

The door portal is framed by twisted columns with ornate capitals supporting the semicircular arch. Above the arch sits an elaborately decorated cartouche with floral motifs. The door itself represents a modern interpretation of a classical form - it features a vertical strip of glazing divided into rectangular sections.

In the upper part of the doorway, there is a semicircular transom window with geometric glazing pattern, providing additional natural light to the interior space. To the left of the entrance, a classical wall-mounted lantern is installed, emphasizing the historical style of the façade.

To the right of the entrance on the bright yellow wall, there is a green sign displaying the secretariat's working hours (from 8:00 to 13:00), indicating the administrative function of the building. The combination of bright colors and classical architectural elements creates a memorable image characteristic of Latin American architectural tradition.
