Coral Villa: Neoclassical Facade with Mediterranean Character

#4131. Coral Villa: Neoclassical Facade with Mediterranean Character

The image shows a luxurious Mediterranean villa executed in a neoclassical style with pronounced elements of Spanish and Italian architecture. The facade is painted in a soft coral (terracotta) color that harmonizes beautifully with the sandy decorative elements.

The architectural composition of the building is multi-leveled, with an expressive interplay of volumes. The central entrance is emphasized by a classical triangular pediment with a round medallion in the center and is supported by elegant columns. To the right of the entrance group is the main part of the villa with characteristic round porthole windows that give the facade a maritime character.

The detailing deserves special attention: the decorative cornice with a wave-like ornament along the perimeter of the roof, carefully crafted window frames, elegant light fixtures flanking the entrances. The facade is enriched by textural contrasts between the smooth plastered surface of the walls and rusticated corner elements made of light-colored stone.

The landscape design organically complements the architecture: slender cypresses create vertical accents, while lush tropical vegetation in the form of palms and ornamental shrubs softens the geometric lines of the building. A light paved pathway leads to the main entrance, emphasizing the ceremonial nature of the composition.
