#4120. Neoclassical mansion with contrasting facade and decorative wrought iron fence

Before us is an elegant country house in neoclassical style, framed by an exquisite wrought iron fence. The architecture of the building combines classical proportions with modern elements of comfort. The facade is executed in a two-color scheme – light plaster with brown accents, creating an expressive contrast.

The roof is covered with terracotta ceramic tiles, giving the structure a Mediterranean charm. Two brick chimneys, harmoniously integrated into the overall composition, add special expressiveness to the facade. The front part of the house is adorned with large panoramic windows with arched elements, while a round porthole window on the second floor adds individuality to the architectural appearance.

Notable is the open terrace with a semicircular balcony, enclosed by wrought iron railings, which emphasizes the status of the residence. The entrance area is decorated with a paved path leading to the main entrance. The complex is enclosed by a decorative wrought iron fence with intricate patterns, installed on substantial brick pillars, which complements the overall aesthetics of the mansion and creates a sense of privacy and security.
